810PTO, Hydraulic Feed Chipper
The 810PTO is the PTO version of our Model 810 engine driven chipper. 6,000 lb. Torflex Idler Axle is Standard, however an Over the Road 6,000 lb. Torflex Axle with Electric Brakes is Available as an Option. It has all the heavy duty specifications as Model 810, and only requires only 35HP at the PTO. The hydraulics are fully self-contained so no oil is required from the tractor.
This is a single feed wheel unit, with an Extra Large 18" Wide x 10" High Infeed Opening to accommodate brushy material as well as 10" round limbs. Heavy duty Slip Clutch Drive Shaft with Shield, Rated at 80HP @ 1,000 R.P.M. is Standard Equipment. 10" branches, vines and piles of brush, are no problem for this rugged unit.
OPTIONS INCLUDE:
- Hydraulic Feed Roll Lift Cylinder is an excellent option when chipping large branches. The operator lifts the feed wheel using the lever mounted on the infeed so that he can place the branch under the feed wheel, then lower the feed wheel onto the branch and it will draw the branch into the chipper. This facilitates the feed roll having to climb over large branches.
- Speed Sensing monitors the impeller R.P.M., and should the R.P.M. drop to a certain R.P.M., the infeed will stop and wait for the R.P.M. of the impeller to come up to full operating R.P.M., and then it will start feeding in the material. An invaluable tool!
Other options include a Height Adjustable Exhaust Chute, Hand Crank Swivel Exhaust Chute and an Easy Adjust Exhaust Chute Flap. These options are very helpful and a time saver when multiple changes need to be made for the exhaust of the chips.
H627XT, Hydraulic Feed PTO Chipper
Easy to operate, maintain and transport. The 627XT has Dual Hydraulic Feed Rolls, 360º Exhaust Chute, and an Easy Adjust Exhaust Flap. No tools are necessary to adjust the exhaust chute or exhaust flap. Flow Control is Standard, and is easily adjusted to be compatible with most tractors in the field. Model 627XT requires remote mounts on your tractor for the hydraulic feed.
Model 627XT, PTO is a 6” capacity hydraulic feed chipper with a large 7” x 8” Infeed Opening to Dual Feed Rolls. This unit utilizes (6) 1/2” Thick x 5-1/8” Long x 4” Wide, Double-Sided Chip Blades and a 1/2” thick, reversible, sharpenable, and replaceable bed knife for consistent chip size. This unit is exceptional in quality and performance, by far the best 6" PTO chipper on the market today.
